Job PurposeThe Senior Analyst is a critical position who's role is to work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather data from multiple sources, analyze, interpret and report on contractor and construction information as well as create presentations and automate dashboards for the NE Electric post award conract management group.
Key AccountabilitiesData Analytics.
This role requires the candidate to locate, retrieve, analyze and present data from multiple platforms and sources and present it in a format for benefit of the business unit.
The Lead Analyst will build, develop and maintain relatioships with adjacent stakeholders to achieve highly accurate data representation for NE Electric Contract Management's work requirments.
The Senior Analyst will be able to create reports in a dynamic environment with changing reporting requirments.
The position will require working with data sets pertaining to construction contracts, contractor performance, finance, accounts payable, procurement, materials, task frequencies, work plans, schedules, headcount, historical information, etc.
IT Work Platforms.
The Senior Analyst will be compentent in multiple work platforms and systems to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite, Unifier (Primavera), Tableau, organic proprietary systems.
The position will require creating efficiencies in systems and system usage.
Presentation of system data into clear, concise and timely reports.
Storm Support.
Support the data analytics and generation of data sets for reporting requirements of weather related events.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven contribution to project and team membership and leadership.
QualificationsEquivalent education and experience.
3
years in a data analysis preferred.
Education and experience in a Technical discipline preferred.
Exeperience or knowledge base in construction contracts and construction operations will be helpful in this role.
Experience and understanding of enterprise organization finance and accounting financial systems and Micrsoft Suite, particularly Excel, is highly desired.

Primivera (Unifier & P6)APICS.
Microsoft Suite (Highly Proficient)iReports , Contractor Portal, and External Contractor SharePoint Site.
Alteryx - DailyPower Automate - DailySSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) R/RStudio - Rarely, but might be using more to integrate with Alteryx/Power BI in futurePower BI?Tableau PL/SQL, SMSS - IDE QueriesPower Automate and Microsoft Power Apps R/Python Ariba, SAP, SAP HANA, and Business Objects WEBI Valid driver's license required.
