Job PurposeThis position is seeking candidates who have 8
years of IT experience and 3
years of experience in IT architecture development with a background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer engagement, product management and utility billing technologiesAs a member of the Customer Domain Architecture team, this Business Domain Architect will be providing technical guidance and expertise to the Clean Energy program through the development of IT strategies, roadmaps and architectures.
The Clean Energy program covers energy efficiency products, as well as, electric vehicles, distributed energy resources and demand response Key AccountabilitiesWork with Business Unit CIO and Key Business Stakeholders to understand the Business Strategy and Plan, supporting Business Architecture, and required capabilities for enabling business needs.
Maintains current and future state business capability and application modelsDevelop deep understanding of the applications supporting the customer domain and assesses how solutions align/fit within the broader enterprise architectureEstablish the value streams in scope for the program, and for each value stream creates a current state view of value stream, capabilities, master data, personas, applications, and key data flows.
Create iterations of this same view for key transition states with dependencies within and outside of the program, setting the program vision as an enabler of program deliveryProvide guidance to an extended project team related to the solution architecture and technical design.
Assist and advise project teams in the configuration, testing, implementation and support of technical solutionsWork with Enterprise Architects to align domain-specific solutions with enterprise architecture standards and processes; understands surrounding solutions and enterprise information flowAuthor sizing and detailed estimates for complex new project requests.
Participate in the creation of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for large and complex projects.
Maintain estimate artifacts for the solution designs throughout the project lifecycleMaintain application portfolio roadmapsDevelop an understanding of the end to end business application processes and provides input into application roadmaps including recommendations of IT driven projectsCurrent State and Target State Architectural Definitions in alignment to program scope:

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (required)Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service solutions and related customer engagement technologies Experience in Enterprise Data Management and Governance for the electric and gas utility marketExperience in customer data architecture and data platform services including Business Intelligence, Reporting, Master Data Management, Cloud Data Platform and Data Integration ServicesWorking knowledge of mobility, cloud deployments and security architecturesWorking knowledge of Security and Compliance policies and controls (e.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
