Job PurposeTo support National Grid in achieving its strategic objectives by setting and maintaining the JDx level operating rhythm, establishing governance processes, and supporting the businesses performance reporting.
Key AccountabilitiesDefine, develop and implement structure, principles, processes and practices that support the JDx.
Develop structure and procedures for decision making.
Determine relations that define clear accountabilities (RACIs) to synchronize and align across the JDx and stakeholders.
Develop and organize cadence of performance meetings across JDx and align with NGUSA.
Coordinate and drive timely completion of Corporate performance reporting deliverables.
Perform Group Reporting (QBR)Perform JDx reporting (President's Business Review Meeting).
Develop Service Level Agreements.
Develop Joint Proposal Implementation process.
Provide framework for visibility and coordination for external deliverables.
Drive on-target performance for business deliverables.
Manage the day-to-day relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to drive business performance.
Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to improve collaboration and coordination across the business.
Provide recommendations on the steps necessary to improve performance within the framework of established policies, regulatory agreements and in view of key risks facing the business.
Ensure performance gaps are identified and improvements are monitored until sustained.
Ensure remediation plans are in place for underperforming deliverables.
Facilitate Deep Dives and challenge where appropriate.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Requiredo Ability to lead, motivate, counsel, coach, develop and influence others.
o Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to become a trusted advisor.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or relevant field, with an advanced degree a plus.

years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written (documentation and reporting) and verbal skills.
Effective collaboration and partnership capabilities.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in business performance, reporting or data analysis.
Experience with MS Team, SharePoint site development, Microsoft Office, and Power BI a plus.
