Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Manage a commercial real estate portfolio Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure all appropriate information has been received from borrowers to best evaluate loan requests and ability to repay as stated Conduct market research and financial analysis for rating committees, investor meetings and conference Determine appropriate risk and when possible minimize risk to the bank Develop and expand a network of referral sources/centers of influence Monitors key risk indicators within the portfolio of client's including, past dues, changes to the clients risk profile, or service issues, and informs the Relationship Management Team Participate in professional organizations to gain visibility and enhance the Santander brand Provide professional, quality customer service to customers, contractors, staff and other community contactsAt Santander, we value and respect differences in our workforce and strive to increase the diversity of our teams.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field 12+ years of relevant professional experience including servicing commercial real estate loans Ability to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions, to practical situations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to train team members adequately to advance skills and knowledge Capacity to complete projects on time Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities Demonstrates ability to influence others and champion new ideas to improve processes and client experience Detail oriented, common sense decision-making Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent relationship building skills at all levels in an organization Sophisticated financial skills, quantitative underwriting skills Strong organizational and time management skillsPrimary Location:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
